Brittany Grinnell, LCPC - Therapist

Is your child having behavioral difficulties at school, or tantrums at home? Is your child isolating, having outbursts, or having difficulty getting along with others? Do you worry about your child's future?
I have a passion for working with children and adolescents who may be experiencing difficulty related to emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, autism, and relationships with others. I strive to show my clients that their feelings are valid and not abnormal. I believe building trust is the first step in therapy, and I will work with your child to make them feel safe and heard. I believe everyone has a set of strengths, and I work to help my clients build on those strengths, while also learning new tools. My treatment approaches include CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am also trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and enjoy assisting caregivers strengthen their relationships with their children while also increasing a child's compliance at home.

Let's discuss how we can work together
