Jaydee Amoloza, LMSW - Therapist

I believe that deciding to seek therapy for yourself, your child or your family takes tremendous courage. This step is a sign of strength and hope.

Facing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, school, work or home can feel like an incredibly lonely struggle. But you are not alone. I know that deciding to seek therapy for yourself, your child or your family takes tremendous courage. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, with empathy and without judgment. My goal is to help you identify and use your strengths to build new skills. I mainly employ cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing techniques from a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive perspective.

I know that one small change is all it takes to make progress. I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with your story and I look forward to working with you!

Let's discuss how we can work together
